Yes, all UpCircle products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free, certified by both PETA and the Leaping Bunny organization.
What does 'upcycled beauty' actually mean?
Upcycled beauty involves rescuing high-quality ingredients that would otherwise go to waste—such as coffee grounds, fruit stones, and chai spices—and transforming them into premium skincare.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Express options are available at checkout if you need your sustainable skincare fix sooner.
Do you offer a refill or recycling program?
We do! We offer a dedicated 'Refill Return' scheme where you can send your empty packaging back to us to be sterilized and reused, helping us close the loop.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused items. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact our support team.
Is your packaging plastic-free?
We are 99% plastic-free. Most of our products are housed in glass jars with aluminum lids. Any small amounts of plastic used are fully recyclable or part of our refill scheme.
